1. The Promoter
1.1 This promotion is conducted by One Nation Queensland Division Inc. trading as One Nation, ABN 53 975 273 862, of 2/6–12 Boronia Road, Brisbane Airport QLD 4008 ("the Promoter").

1.3 Information on how to enter and the prizes offered forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion period and location
2.1 The promotion runs from 9:00am AEST on Saturday 8 August 2026 to 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 16 August 2026 ("the Promotion Period").
2.2 Entries are accepted in person only, at Stand JRP023, John Reid Pavilion, Brisbane Showgrounds, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 ("the Stand"), between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST on each day of the Promotion Period.
2.3 The Stand is open to the public from 9:00am to 5:30pm AEST daily. Entries received after 5:30pm on any day will not be included in that day's draw and will be entered into the following day's draw. Entries received after 5:30pm on Sunday 16 August 2026 are invalid.
2.4 All times referred to in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
- (a) are aged 18 years or over;
- (b) are Australian citizens or permanent residents;
- (c) are enrolled on an Australian electoral roll; and
- (d) attend the Stand in person and submit a valid entry.
3.2 By entering, each entrant warrants that they meet each of the requirements in clause 3.1. The Promoter may, but is not obliged to, verify an entrant's eligibility at any time.
3.3 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- (a) employees, contractors, officers, office-holders and elected representatives of the Promoter and of Pauline Hanson's One Nation;
- (b) members of the Promoter's State Executive and of the National Executive of Pauline Hanson's One Nation;
- (c) volunteers rostered to the Promoter's Ekka activation;
- (d) employees, contractors and officers of the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA);
- (e) employees, contractors and officers of any supplier of a prize; and
- (f) the immediate family members of any person described in clauses 3.3(a) to (e). "Immediate family" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether natural, step or adopted.
3.4 The Promoter may require an entrant or winner to produce photographic proof of identity and age, such as an Australian driver licence, passport or proof of age card. An entrant who is unable or unwilling to produce satisfactory identification will be ineligible.
3.5 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
4. How to enter
4.1 To enter, an entrant must attend the Stand during the hours set out in clause 2.2 and complete an entry form in full, providing their full name, email address, mobile telephone number and residential postcode, and confirming the declarations in clause 3.1.
4.2 One entry per person per day. An entrant may enter once on each day of the Promotion Period, giving a maximum of nine entries per person across the Promotion Period.
4.3 Where more than one entry is received from the same person on the same day, only the first valid entry received on that day will be retained and all later entries received that day will be discarded.
4.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain information the Promoter reasonably believes to be false will be invalid and will not be entered into any draw.
4.5 Entries are personal to the entrant and are not transferable.
4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed or misplaced for any reason.
5. The prizes
5.1 There are nine (9) prizes in total, being one prize drawn on each day of the Promotion Period.
5.2 Each prize is one prepaid, non-reloadable payment card preloaded with AUD $250.00, with a value of $250.00 (inclusive of GST where applicable).
5.3 The total prize pool across the Promotion Period is AUD $2,250.00.
5.4 Each prepaid payment card is subject to the terms, conditions and fees of its issuer, including any expiry date and any activation requirement. Winners are responsible for reading and complying with those terms. A copy of the issuer's terms will be provided with the card.
5.5 Prizes are not transferable and not exchangeable. A prize cannot be redeemed for cash by the Promoter.
5.6 If for any reason a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law and any written direction of a relevant regulator.
5.7 The Promoter is not the issuer of the prepaid payment card. Any warranty or complaint in respect of the card is a matter between the winner and the issuer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights a winner has under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.8 Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter recommends that winners seek independent financial advice regarding any tax implications.
6. The draw
6.1 A draw will be conducted at 5:30pm on each day of the Promotion Period at the Stand, being 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 August 2026.
6.2 Each draw is a game of chance. The winner of each daily draw will be selected at random from all valid entries received at the Stand on that day only. Entries do not carry over between days, except as provided in clause 2.3.
6.3 The draw will be conducted by a One Nation representative at the Stand.
6.4 An entrant may win only one prize during the Promotion Period. If an entrant who has already won a prize is drawn again, that entry will be set aside and a further entry drawn.
6.5 The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Announcement and collection of prizes
7.1 Winners must attend the Stand in person to collect their prize. Prizes will not be posted, delivered or held over.
7.2 The winning entrant's name will be announced at the Stand immediately following each 5:00pm draw and displayed at the Stand during the collection window.
7.3 The winner must attend the Stand in person between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on the day of the relevant draw to claim their prize.
7.4 To claim a prize, the winner must produce photographic identification matching the name recorded on their entry form and must sign a prize acknowledgement form.
7.5 If a prize is not claimed in person by 6:00pm on the day of the relevant draw, the winning entry is forfeited and a redraw will be conducted at 6:00pm on that day. The redrawn winner must claim the prize in person at the Stand by 6:30pm on that day. If the prize remains unclaimed at that time, the entry is forfeited and the prize will be retained by the Promoter.
7.6 Any prize remaining unclaimed at the close of the Promotion Period will be retained by the Promoter and will not be awarded.
7.7 The Promoter is under no obligation to contact a winner by telephone, email or any other means outside the collection window described in clause 7.3.
8. Privacy and use of personal information
8.1 The Promoter collects the personal information of entrants to conduct this promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draws, award prizes, and for the marketing and political purposes described in clause 8.2.
8.2 The Promoter is a political party. By entering, each entrant consents to the Promoter and Pauline Hanson's One Nation using and disclosing their personal information for marketing and political purposes, including but not limited to contact by mail, email, SMS and telephone regarding membership, donations and fundraising, campaigns, events, petitions, policy communications and general party communications.
8.3 Entrants may opt out of receiving future communications at any time by emailing office@onenation.org.au, telephoning 1300 857 466, or using the unsubscribe function in any electronic message.
8.4 The Promoter may disclose personal information to its service providers, including its customer relationship management, email and SMS providers, for the purposes described above.
8.5 The Promoter's privacy policy is available at onenation.org.au/privacy and sets out how an individual may seek access to or correction of their personal information and how to make a complaint.
8.6 Providing personal information is not compulsory, but an entrant who does not provide the information requested cannot enter the promotion.
9. Publicity
9.1 By entering, each entrant consents to the Promoter photographing and filming activity at the Stand, including the conduct of the draws and the presentation of prizes.
9.2 Each winner consents to the Promoter publishing their first name, surname initial and postcode for the purpose of announcing the results of the promotion, and to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and any photograph or footage taken at the Stand for promotional and publicity purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation.
9.3 A winner who does not wish to consent to being photographed for publicity purposes under clause 9.2 must advise the Promoter's staff at the time of claiming the prize. Consent to publicity is a condition of receiving a prize.
10. Liability
10.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, contractors and volunteers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense, including indirect or consequential loss, suffered by an entrant or winner arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the acceptance, use or enjoyment of a prize.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by law which cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10.3 The Promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in the conduct of the promotion caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, closure of the Brisbane Showgrounds or the John Reid Pavilion, power or communications failure, or any direction of the RNA or a government authority.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable law and any written direction of a relevant regulator, to vary, suspend or cancel the promotion, or to disqualify any entrant, where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, or where an entrant has tampered with the entry process, acted fraudulently, dishonestly, disruptively or offensively, or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11.3 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
11.4 This promotion is conducted in Queensland and is governed by the laws of Queensland. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
11.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the RNA or any social media platform.
